Room was lovely - but I must say how great they were at checking us in early ! We called the day before to explain we were in London at 6am and what's the earliest they could check us in. The lady on the phone said she could get us in for 9am. After getting to London at 6am we wondered about looking to kill time, by 8.20 we decided to go to the hotel to see if we could wait there until our room was ready. However the lady was already waiting with our room key and we got checked straight!Excellent service ! - Robbie C
